Bajaj Finserv — bajaj finserv illegally charged rs. 117 | |||||
I don't have any requirement to use the issued bajaj emi card for any purchase. Why have i been charged rs. 117 as card inactive fees which is debited directly from my savings account without my consent. Do you want me to use this card even if i don't have any requirement? This is forcing to customer and illegal. Multiple times called on customer care number but didn't connect. Instead received many promotional call from bajaj finserv and tried to explain the executive who said this is not right department. It is just looting the customer. This is a unethical act which is not expected from a big company like bajaj finserv. I am loosing my faith for this company. Please reverse the amount as soon as possible. Customer id 10393919. I was using my bajaj finder card since last financial year 2017, i took loan and closed it within 6 months completed EMI successfully without any bounce nor late EMI. It means I was using my card and it was not inactive. So how can you apply inactive fees on me. Just before 6 month it was active and last emi paid on December 2017. get this sorted.
