Please find attached letter saying that my account will be closed. This is a direct result of your great people presenting the ecs even after raising 10-15 moratorium requests that to thrice in a month. I`m out of words on what to say. Kindly do not present the ecs as i have requested a moratorium close to 10 times. On top of it, i received a message saying my additional dues are 7000. Why cant they stop the ecs while every other bank can stop it do not ever bank with these guys.

Now if my citi account closes than i`m done for the next 3 months and you will be responsible for my health. Now citi is requesting that i come to the bank and in the process if i get covid and die will you be taking the responsibility for my death! I`m just scared of the current situations and speedy resolutions of the great bajaj finserv. They also have customer care a bit better than you but you both can compete with each other for sure. I certainly see that the covid situation has taken a toll not just individuals like me but also great banking institutions like bajaj.

I have request moratorium and still, ecs is being presented to my account. It was presented twice. If i had the money i wouldn't have opted for moratorium. Why the hell are you presenting the ecs multiple times even after opting for a moratorium? Kindly do not present the ecs as it is costing 420 rs in charges.

Banking is always pain loans are always a pain. Please provide me with the moratorium and kindly do not present the ecs. It is costing me 430 rs in my account. Why do you present the cheques when i have opted for a moratorium to charge the fines.

Many of the above requests have been closed saying shol, i don't have a clue what that is. Crazy thing is that for the request that i raised in the month of april they are in progress or with the status of new. Screenshots attached.

I also received a couple of emails saying that your emi was increased as i had opted for the moratorium and on top of it i receive an email saying since i opted out of moratorium ecs will be presented. I raised several requests requesting for the moratorium, not sure when i opted out only bajaj finserv should know it.

Refer to each of the screenshots and kindly help me with a reason why each request was closed.

I could not attache the 15+ request screenshots for this loan loan: 400spfeu006556 as the resolution provided was simply crazy. I will try to attach them to another email as it takes a bit of time.

I would like to avail of or opt for the moratorium extended by the rbi.

I just got to know that rbi has extended the moratorium for 3 more months and i have requested the same. Not sure if it goes through as your systems are so competent.

I have a home loan which i have taken in the month of sep 2018. I see the rbi had cut down the interest rate could you please help me with the new interest rate fro my account.

I would like to avail covid-19 moratorium on term loans for the next 3 months june 2020, july 2020, august 2020.

Please find my 2 loan numbers that i have and request you to provide covid-19 moratorium on term loans for the same.
