1st of every month we pay EMI (on Bajaj. finserv portal via UPI ).
Bajaj finserv does not update / Adjustment towards EMI instalments immediately . Bajaj finserv deliberately are updating EMI details after putting INR3000 bounce charges on 5th of Every month and then updates EMI. Every month we facing this issue and we are reporting this issue to bajaj finserv team.
We have written several email to Relationship Manager Mr.Chirag based in Delhi and CFO etc.
Customer Care team and Mr. Chirag gave new suggestion - to pay the EMI on the 25th of every month. one month we did so, EMI amount was adjusted towards some dues, We were asked to remit the EMI payment once again and when questioned?
Finally we sent an email to CFO Bajaj finserv questioning such bounce charges, even after paying EMI in advance? A suggestion was made to us, that we should login to Bajaj finserv portal and Remit EMI via UPI transactions, which we are following and still facing the harassment calls from bajaj finserv call centre team to pay bounce charges.
NO ACTION IS TAKEN BY BAJAJ FINSERV TEAM TILL DATE. WE ARE FEEDUP WITH THIS HARASSMENT EVERY MONTH. SUCH MALPRACTICES. WHY SHOULD WE GIVE BOUNCE CHARGES, WHEN WE ARE PAYING ADVANCE EMI. We have several emails on this subject and Receipt that we pay in advance.
