Hi,

I have taken a personal loan, loan ac# 404sal44186233. I was surprised that i got rs. 1999 less than what i was committed while applying for the loan. When i enquired with my sales representitive and wrote to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in attaching the welcome letter. I got a response that the difference amount of rs1999 was for some credit vidhya charge. I feel cheated with this hidden charge and would urge people to be careful with bajajfinserv. I am with bajaj with last 5 yrs & this long term association has been in toss.

This gives me immense disappointment to write that, my refund has still not been processed below is the email for your refrence. I am not happy with the service, Being a loyal customer & having a good track record with long term relationship with Bajaj has been landed in MISTRUST. Kindly settle this ASAP to have long term relationship. Hope someone will sort this for me. Thanks

I am not sure whats wrong, every time Bajaj is not abiding as per commitments, I am not happy as the refund has not been processed & chasing for more than 10 days, Please escalate this to right management, So that customer should have trust on Bajaj
