This is chandramohan. Since 2014, i am using bajaj finserv card. From the beginning i got some good experience from bajaj. But recent days, you guys act like something.. I made advance payment through online on 24th feb 2019. On 25th feb 2019 i got a message from bajaj finserv said that you have made successful payment. Then after three days i received message like please pay your due on before 2nd march. On that day i tried to reach bajaj customer care, but bajaj ivr system did some irritated things, like i entered my customer id 26554246# then it repeats 2224555, then i tried multiple times with customer id and bajaj emi card number, what kind of ivr system you guys are using just throw it away.. Worst customer care service i ever felt.. How can we trust you..
Today i received message like please made payment to avoid penalties.. I don't know why i need to pay penalty i have made payment on 24 the feb over advance payment in online. It's just before deadline (25th)..
