I recently opted for Bajaj EMI again and every time I get messages that I opted for the super card. This keep happening without my consent. And every time there’s a fee getting deducted for CIBIL score. I’m not sure what to do about this thing. I tried contacting and emailing but no one responds.
This is literally forcing customers to take their co branded RBL credit card.
