Im giri. My mobile no is [protected]. On 10th may 2018 customer care from bajaj called several times to upgrade my gold emi card to elite card. First i was little hesitant to upgrade my card, but later they convinced me to buy elite card by paying rs 4777. They promised i will get my card with in 10 days. But till now i did not get my card, moreover my gold card was blocked. I contacted them several times by mail and by call... But ended up wasting my time. I feel im being cheated by bajaj customer care. Plz dont buy elite card Was this information helpful? | |||
