I have been writing emails to your team since last six months regarding the reason of block of limits.
Because I have never defaulted in your EMIs nor my CIBIL is bad or adversely affected then why my limit is blocked.
Moreover How can you reduce the limit without intimating us??.
Further I have paid your AMC for the full year in advance for both the OD.
If I can not have available the flexi od balance for any particular month then what is the use of Annual maintenance charges payment.
If loan amount is blocked then I should also be refunded the proportionate processing fees collected by you at the time of disbursement.
If you people will behave like these in totally unprofessional and unethical manner then I would never ever deal with Bajaj finserv.Me and My husband were your customer since last five years without any default in your payments. and this time its worst experience i have faced.
There are many other finance companies who give loan at very lower rate than you offered.
Moreover I do not want to use your fund anymore. If you can freeze the limit it's better to close the loan account. because it is of no use to keep it open without use.
