Bajaj Finserv — Bounce charges during Moratorium and money deducted from account.

Hi, my registered mobile number is [protected].
I had one EMI left when moratarium started and I opted for it.
But after some months when I went to pay my EMI, they are saying my EMI bounced 6 times and charing more than 2000 rupees extra.
I told I opted for moratarium and did not pay the bounce charges and just paid my EMI.
Now after 2 years, they started deducting money from my bank account.
They have deducted 295 rupees around 3 times within a month.
I want my money back and close my account with them
Their branch people are of no help
