I have bought a Sony 24 inch tv from bajaj finserv card, and mistakenly agreed for extended warranty call. I have made payment for one installment. I want to cancel this, my loan account no 410CTB67451211. I had contact the customer care and they saying that they can not getting enough information to cancel this.
