Bajaj Finserv — cancel the insurance | |
I purchased Vivo v9 mobile using bajaj finserv, they asked to proceed mobile insurance. Then they told it's compulsory. Recently I came to know that it's not compulsory. Already made a complaint at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in regarding cancellation of insurance. I got a reply that "we are unable to process your request as your risk cover has already commenced and has crossed the cooling period of Free Look Cancellation period of 30days" Again i sent to cancel the insurance. That people are voimting the same content they are simply copy and pasting the above same content. And finally i sent a mail to cancel but still now no response. I got cheated so i dont want to continue this insurance. I visited near by bajaj finserv branch they are telling cannot cancel the insurance. I showed them the terms and condition papers it has customer can cancel the insurance. But they are telling its one year old terms and conditions now its different. The thing is i received this terms and conditions paper by courier by Aug 2018 by Bajaj. they are not properly responding and finally told to send a mail to bajaj for cancellation. Also I enquired fonesafe customer care. They told I can cancel the insurance I have all rights. But this cheap people are not cancelling the insurance and not responding. I made a cancellation request by mail before first emi but no proper response and also debited first emi insurance amount. Loan no. 4P9DFS82428869 Make bajaj to Cancel the insurance and refund my insurance amount. Cheating the customers and compling to proceed insurance is a crime. Was this information helpful? | |
