I have ordered smartphone via bajaj finserv app on emi and on next day I have raised the cancel order. Now after 3 days, bajaj finserv has rejected my cancellation request. I don't want the phone. It was not even dispatched. Also I wanted to cancel order but Bajaj Finserv is not cancelling it.
If you guys are not cancelling the order then why you give option ti cancel order.
When I was buying the product it was mentioned in policy that after dispatch of product you cannot cancel the order. My order was not yet dispatched even then you guys rejected the cancellation.
I need resolution asap.
