Bajaj Finserv — Card blocked without reason or notice | |||
I, aneesh harindran from cochin kerala. My emi card is found blocked when i tried to purchase a mobile was very embarrassing. On contacting their customer service they first told that dealer has blocked my card because i have purchased it for gifting!! When prompted how a dealer can block the card which is issued to me, customer care executive ms. Preetha stated it was blocked by bajaj executive and i need to write an "apology letter" to them for unblocking the card!!. Ms preetha also seems to be in a hurry to end conversation as so many people waiting online with so many similar complaints for bajaj finserv which is again very common in their case. I have decided not write any such letter to them as i didn't breach any contractual terms and conditions, and requested ms preetha to initiate proceedings to cancel the card if so and to my wonder she agreed immediately (Pathetic customer care executive). To conclude, i will never purchase anything using bajaj finserv and never recommend it to my friends/relatives. Business loss will be yours dear bajaj team. Was this information helpful? | |||
