Bajaj Finserv — Card statement is received for a card which is not allotted

Dear Sir,
I have received Bajaj finserv RBL bank card statement at my mail id
"[protected]@gmail.com".
i had not applied this card and I don't have any card, then why such
type of statement is received on my mail id in which they claim due
amount is Rs.5549, what is the meaning of this?

Moreover i am not able to open the statement and unable to contact at
custom care because whenever i have tried they ask card number.
