Bajaj Finserv — charged incorrectly

When I applied for bajaj emi card, the executive told that there will be no hidden charge for any emibut i have got charged Rs 118 from my account as BAJAJFIN_MNDTVRFCHGS_MAR19.when you all have promised that there will no additional charge for Emi then why Rs118. I am very new to Bajaj and this is how you all will treat customer by deducting amount without notifying. If this is then why it is mentioned as zero EMI. Should have mentioned that there is a processing free
