Bajaj Finserv — Cheque Bounce Issue- Fine of 700rs | |||
Hi Need you support in understanding below issue..I have linked all my EMIs till Aug 14 with my salary account.. But Bajaj Finserv customer representative had called me and asked me to pay 700rs as a cheque bounce fine for the month of Jan 14..!! FYI: I have taken 3 Loans using Bajaj Finserv card worht of 2 Lakhs+ till date and there is not even single EMI which I have paid after due date.. You can even check all my recordsBut due to technical error, amount was not deducted from my salary account for 2 months(i.e Jan 14 and Feb 14) and Executive person came to me and collected amount for those 2 months..!! This Technical error was known to everyone..The amount was collected from me on 4th or 5th of those 2 months, which was not my mistake as he came during those days to collect the amount.. I have cleared asked him whether it will create any problem, but he said that the amount of 700rs which was reflecting in portal will be waived off as it is not my mistake but some technical error and it will be waived off once I clear my EMI..!! So please guide me to understand the procedure and why I should pay for this as it is clearly not my mistake..!!If required I am ready to produce my bank statements for those 2 months, which clearly shows that I have enough balance for EMI payment in my account..!!
