My samsung galaxy j8 screen accidentally got damaged i have purchased this mobile from bajaj electronics 5months back... And i have insurace of my mobile with bajaj finserv... I visited to your executive.. He told me to call on your call center and and file a complaint. I called your call center and telecaller asked me to enter my imei no... But as i enter my imei no she say wrong imei no... I have checked the imei no many times its corrert but you telecaller is saying it wrong. I also requested a call back but bajaj finserv is not responding to my request... I dont understand why bajaj finserv is not replying me... Its only been 5months i have purchased the mobile and took the insurance from bajaj finserv at the time of purchase.. But now when company should pay for my phone damge its not replyong me.. I request ones again to bajaj finserv to process my request
