Hi Team, I am getting continuously call from your recovery deptt. even after clearing all dues and EMIs. I use to get generally 2-3 calls in a day or two. And I am really tired explaining them. I don't know why they are asking me to pay 350 RS. INR almost after 1 year, Since I have already paid my loan EMIs. Today, All limits get crossed, when I got a call and finally I picked it, Damn! Your executive talk to me very unprofessionally. He was showing very messy attitude, he was so overly loud and rude. I told him that I will gonna make a complaint against you and this call is recording from my end, he said make a complaint right now and mail mark to Bajaj right away. Do whatever you want, I don't care. He said- "HUM TO AISE HE BAAT KRTE HAI, TU YEH BTA MUJHE KE TU PENDING AMOUNT KAB DEGA.” I get frustrated and warn him again and then he started shouting on me. I told him this number belongs to my mother don’t call on this number and that stupid guy started calling me back to back madly. This type of behaviour is not expected. If it happens again, I will lodge FIR for harassing me unnecessarily. Pls look into this and take a strict action.
