Bajaj Finserv — complaint against the company for not unblocking my card | |
My name is meena sunil kapoor i hold a bajaj emi card with your company, in the month of aug i unfortunately missed payment so bajaj blocked my card for 90 days stating that its company policy and whenever i call on ivr they say your card will be unblocked on 15 nov so as the card was not unblocked i called the contact center of bajaj to enquire, the customer center advisor told that as you have missed the payment is aug it will get unblocked only on 15 dec 2019 so as the card was not unblocked today i called the contact centre again, the lady on the card was so rude, she is telling me to wait for another 2 months so when i asked her the reason she started yelling on the call hence i told that i want to speak with her manager, she kept me on hold for 15 min and disconnected the call, please unblock my card and i want a call back from senior management asap Was this information helpful? | |
