1. I am holding a BAJAJ FINSERV EMI card Sl No. [protected] with a provision valid from 07/12 and valid thru 07/15, login ID 7423432 and mobile No. [protected].

2. The said card is not being used since last one/two year but the EMI is deducted automatically.

3. I request to de-activate the card as I am not interested to retain the card and to pay annual subscription as you are charging.
