Bajaj Finserv — deduction of charges against emi card inactive fees without my consent | |||||
Dear sir / madam, Reference: bajaj finserv privilege card no. : [protected] I am one of your loyal customer. Regret to inform you that you have deducted rs. 117/- from my bank account (Boi - alkapuri branch) without informing me & without taking my permission before deducting this amount. This is not fair and it is unfair practice to your customers. I request you to please de-activate my card immediately that was given to me as free (Without any charges). Pls de-activate my card with immediate effect on receipt of this mail and refund rs. 117/- back into my savings account which you deducted without my consent and without contacting me / without taking my permission.
