I sent an insurence related documents on 25th august, 2018. Which is received by cpp on 19th september. My policy no. Is-im1420350 and my claim reference no. Is-3710811. But till today, 18th october i am not received my claim. When i called any contact pereson they all say'its under process.'when i shall get my claim? How many days it will take to get claim? Can i shall get my claim or not?
