[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — digital lounge card | |
I smitasya sarkar customer id 1682859 had applied for a digital lounge card and made a payment of rs 4777 on 10th january 2018. The transaction id was lhmp[protected]. I was told that i would receive vouchers worth rs 30000. But till now i have not received anything. I had received a mail with some links which were all invalid. Neither have i received the physical card. I have sent several mails to their customer care mail [protected]@bajajfinserv.In, but no response has been received. This whole thing is a fraud. Until you make the payment, they call you several times a day. And once you make the payment, they will simply ignore you. I have been a loyal customer, having availed their services since the last 15 years, but this time i am really dissapointed. Was this information helpful? | |
