[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — dispute on personal loan | |||
I have applied for personal loan through online in the month of november 2017. I have still not received any update. I have been calling to personal loan customer care service and no one provides a proper response. I have never seen worst customer service lyk this. Please have this sorted out. I am in need of money and i have also provide my documents for pl processing, now it has been told that the file is on hold due to bounce. I have bounced and cleared all outstanding balance. It’s a worst service. When i call ccc team they don't even answer my question and before that they disconnect the call. Please have a quality check implemented for pl ccc team.
