I got a call from [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] this no saying they are calling from bajaj finance for personal loan against policy with 6% interest calling from gurgoan delhi. the person name is ashish sharma. They called me so many times saying the same thing to me. unfortunatly i trust them i submited all the document and amount of rs 20000 by cheque after 15 days i got policy from bajaj finance than they said we will modgage the policy than will give you the loan amount. After waiting 2 months they started giving me excuse that they have to show some investment for my policy for the same i have to pay 20000 rs as a security amount i paid that also on Respective account which they have provided me which was DHFL premerica life insurance after some days i got policy from dhfl which i was not applied for.
After that i requested them to close my account give my money back.

They said it will take 45 days to close the policy i have given 2 months time.

Even thought i have not received my amount.

Kindly help me with the same.

All no which i have given you is working no.

Other wise i will file complaint againts bajaj finance aswell as DHFL premerica life insurance.

    Dear Team,

    I paid my all loan time to time, but for last Personal Loan Payment was not paid correctly due to some hospitality emergency... but in the month of Aug 2016 I settled the personal loan I receive the letter from Bajaj Finance, your executive commit me if you paid the amount before month end I will stat your EMI card, but still I didn't receive any reply OR my card is still blocked,

    I requeting you to please unblock my card and promising you to not to happen again in future which is happen in last loan... kindly check my others loan track' I took the loan from Bajaj Finance frequently and I dint bounce my single EMI in this, but some emergency in last loan the such instance happen,
    for the reference on my earlier loan track I requeting you to please unblock my EMi card so I can able to taje consumer goods on this...

      My EMI card -[protected] was blocked for no reason, All my Loans are on track and no bounces of EMI happened till now but why it has been blocked even without prior intimation.

        I have taken personal loan of Rs83, 000 on 31 July 2015 in that I have received 77152.00 only, I have received a call from Bajaj finance executives they clearly told me that there will no processing fee and no other charges will be deducted from the loan 83, 000 Rs full amount will be sanctioned after getting loan I have received on 77152 Rs only, and your executives have told me that the interest rate will be 25.49% Rs but after View repayment schedule was shocked I saw you are charging 43.18% many times. Now sir plese chack this matter. and 25.49% kai hisab sai maina apke ab 6880 rupees dena hai.

          Hi,

          My loan amount was suppose to be debited yesterday but i see it been reverted bank with below error. I tried pay it now online but it's not showing anything to pay.

          Inr 2980 deposited in a/c 40xxxxxxx78xx19 on 05/oct 14:14 for ecsrej:tpcf bajaj fina:08:mandate not receivedchar. Clear balance: inr 90xx.85. Pls contact [protected] for queries.

          I have tried to reach guys on [protected]/152 but it's just a automated system. Also i have contacted my bank they said that they have not received any mandate form from bajaj finance and they have rejected the amount for the same reason.

          I have maintained amount as mentioned by you and i will not accept any kind of check bounce penalty or extra amount for this scenario. Please send that mandate form to my bank i. E, deutsch bank bangalore branch and move forward.

            I have taken loan from bajaj fin. of 2, 20, 000/-(emi is 9100) on jully2016.
            On telephonic communication and commitment given from your executive to me, loan interest will be 16% and loan tenor will be 30 month. i got statement from bajaj fin. on oct. 1first week, then i have shock. why you are increase ROI 28% and tenor loan 36 month. I have all recording of telephonic communication.
            please give me clarification or correction in loan ROI and Tenor.

                I have purchased a LED TV from WhiteMart through Bajaj Finance. After a few month got EMI card with the following details: Card Number: [protected]. Later, when I tried to purchase an item using this EMI card from another store, the salesman said that this card is only valid at WhiteMart. I want to purchase products from different dealers and through online as well.

                I wrote a mail to Bajaj finserv ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) regarding this issue as mentioned above. But they reply me like "With reference to your e-mail, we wish to inform you that you can not purchase products from online and another store." I sent mails again and again for a solution, but they reply the same. I also call the customer care ([protected]) several times. But they didn't respond, even I wait for more than 20 minutes.

                Please take an action against this otherwise help me to get a solution.

                  Bajaj Finserv deducted funds from my bank account without my authorization. After looking at my bank statement, I wrote an email to their support asking for the refund and showing proof of my authorization for fund withdraw.

                  At first, support asked for my bank statement for verification and in next email asked for bank details for refund.

                  After few days, looking at no response I added Bajaj Finserv Grievances email address based on this article on their website (https://www.bajajfinserv.in/finance/grievances.aspx). Grievances replied that they need 2 business days to process my request.

                  After not hearing from Grievances for two weeks, I added next escalation step (Customer Experience Head) and hasn't got any reply or refund as of today.

                    As per my sanction letter, we are not suppose to charge foreclosure charges, after 6 instalments, but even after regular repayment of 31 instalments, when we asked for foreclosure, they forward the letter with 2% foreclosure on lap and 4 % foreclosure charges of 4% on additiona loan. Ridiculous way of torchuring clients. After its clearly mentioned in sanction letter and even rbi guidelines says after may, 7, 2014, no bank can charge pre payment charges to individual term loan borrowers.

                      Bajaj finserv send some illegal person who react very violent in my house create many problems in my building and after some days they call me and abuse so i have a call record and i am compliant in police station .
                      then bajaj finserv says person has been removed from compnay but he is calling to me from some number and compnay dont take any action against him . i am tried from bajaj finserv so i never pay any amount .

                        I have taken bajaj finance home before 3 years.
                        Since then i am getting calls to offer some kind of loan every now and then.
                        I have denied many times to them not to call me again.
                        But they are different persons calling me every time from different number.
                        As the calls are extremely annoying and disturbing me a lot, i wish bajaj company to stop in any case.

                              I had applied for Bajaj Finance EMI Card . I had filed the online application form where it is said that i am eligible for the loan of Rs. 70, 000/-. In order to avail this pre approved loan i have to buy an EMI Card for which i had to Pay Rs. 399. I had made a payment of Rs.399 via SBI Credit Card on 11/10/2016 to purchase EMI Card from Bajaj Finance. But i have not received any reference No.(application No.) from Bajaj Finance side
                              I want to know the status of my EMI Card and my Loan Number because i am unable to check the status.

                                  Hello,

                                  I'm Sheikh from Bangalore, I need your help in understanding the reason for blocking my Bajaj EMI card with out any reason.? I have been using te card from quite sometime and I have availed 2-loans as well. One the loans is for consumer durables which will be closed in next 2-months and the other loan is for digital product, he EMI has just started. I have been paying my EMI regularly without a delay of even one single day. I wanted to check my card status to avail further loan after closing / completing the exisitng one, and I was shocked to hear when I get to know my EMI card was permanently suspended Bajajfinserv. When I tried to reach the Customer care on their toll free number for knowing the reason for such block and unblocking the same, I didn't get proper reply as it was IVR, neither did I get proper reply nor an chance to speak to customer care executive. I wrote an email to the customer care asking the reason for such permamnent suspension but there reply was "With reference to your email, we regret to inform you that your EMI card is permanently suspended in line with our credit policy. Also we would like to inform you that, we are unable to disclose the reason of card blocking as per our policy"- This reply is not satisfactory and I feel this is just an standard template reply for name sake, I like to ask the below questions to Bajaj Finserv customer care..
                                  1) Like to know why is my EMI card is permanently suspended...???
                                  2) What was the reason for suspending my EMI CARD??

                                  4) AS CUSTOMER OF BAJAJ FINSERV IT IS MY RIGHT TO KNOW THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION. When BAJAJ FINSERV IS NOT ABLE TO DISCLOSE THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION THEN PLEASE ADVICE WITH WHOM I SHOULD ASK FOR THE REASON...???

                                    Please be informed that I have registered for Bajaj Finserv EMI card on 10th Oct 2016 and required amount paid Rs. 399/- from my Kotak Bank, Debot Card and payment got successful on payment gateway. As I have received one time password message from Bajaj Finserv also while doing regarding payment.

                                    Screen shot attached for the same for both cases.

                                    However didn't received any EMI card details from Bajaj Finserv after doing successful payment and not even a single message from your team of any welcome message after complete payment.

                                    Almost 12-15 hours passed, still no response from your team on same

                                    Also raised a complaint on same day and received Service Request no. is : SRN07105461 and tried your IVR as well but no response.

                                    Payment Details:-

                                    Kotak Bank, Debit Card

                                    Date & Time - 10th Oct 2016, 10-11 PM

                                    PCD/[protected]/Bajaj Auto Finance_BD/SBIPG

                                    Chq/Ref No.[protected]

                                    Now I don't want this EMI card any more because my first experience is worst with your services so I don't want to continue with your services.

                                    SO REFUND MY PAID Rs. 399/- AMOUNT ASAP

                                    So please look into this and do the needful at earliest.

                                    I have bajaj finance card [protected]. While there are couple of consumer durable still active from my account, it is permanently blocked . My i know the reason. And if it has to be blocked in such cases then please tell me how much i totally owe, i want no emi card further from you guys.

                                      I am supratim roy, my customer id is 36180247. I have got the card 2 weeks back and already purchased dslr with it on 06th october. But still i haven't got my experia id and password. Even after trying to login with wrong password my experia account has been blocked. Even suddenly today when i am calling to [protected], in response i m hearing that my customer id is wrong/ my mobile no. Is not registered. I want know what is happening. Please resolve this matter.
