Hi,

I have filed a complaint with Bajaj Finserv regarding ECS debit from my account for an account which was closed in January 2014.
There has been zero response from bajaj and they are denying make that ECS request.

I have provided all the required details like below :
Loan closure letter
Bank Statement

This is the loan account for which the amount has been deducted

I am still waiting for someone to resolve the issue. I have also visited the branch office and they are of no use as well
