[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — ecs debit from my account after 4 years of my completion of the payment

I shocked to see that there is a debit of rs. 194 every month from my citi savings account from 26/04/2017 till 13/09/2017 which totaled to rs.1164. I want the entire amount to be reversed in no time. How come this pilferage could happen to a customer who promptly paid the dues and got the noc also. Furthermore, this pilferage of Rs.194 keep getting debited from my account every month till now despite my complaint raised about two months ago. I will wait for another 15 days before registering a formal complaint legally against you. Hence, await your call as early as possible to resolve this issue.
