Bajaj Finserv — ecs mandate issue

Hi,

I had taken an air conditioner on nov 2017 and this was my first purchase with bajaj finserv, everything was smooth till feb, and all my emi's where getting auto debited and good. On february i tried to purchase a set of tyres with my card and when i tried to log the purchase, the vendor told my ecs mandate needed to be updated, i signed the necessary forms and even gave blank cheques the same day, i tried the purchase again after 15 days, and the staff in the local office said they may have lost the documents which needed to reach the office in pune. I gave the documents and cheque again, and waited.
To my surprise, nothing happened at all and i was never able to make the purchase,
To add insult to injury, my april auto debit did not happen and i had to call the customer care to ask what was going on, they said its a technical issue and to manually pay the emi, which i did the same day and i dont knw why, but the card got blocked saying emi was not paid in time, which i dont know why happened, or why shld i suffer for a technical error from bajaj's side.
To avoid this confusion in the next month, i paid the may months emi on may1st itself. 10 days later, i receive a call from customer care saying, the payment i did on may1st can only be accounted on june month cause its an advance payment, i wonder how a payment done on may1st with the emi due date being may 5th accounted as june advance payment!.
I got sick and tired of the technical incompetence and i went on paid all the remaining emi's on may 12th (Around 9650rs) to close the loan.
I have not got any update on this payment till now, or a status of loan closing documents, or even a call back from the customer care side.
This is the worst experience ever and i feel even my cibil score has suffered.
I would not get any clear answers anywhere regards to what happened. And this has started on feb and its mid may now and nothing has been resolved.
If i do not get an immediate resolution to this problem, i wonder what my options are, maybe the consumer court or law.

Kindly help with this, cause here i am waiting for what happened to around 4 emis i paid with the hard earned money.
