I had taken a Flexi Loan (OD Loan P428PGD4346211) for which I need to pay interest every month on the amount utilised by me as on date. My problem starts when the monthly interest has to be debited from my linked bank account, actually inspite of registering the ECS mandate they are not able to debit the amount from my bank account for which they had charged me ECS mandate rejection fees & penal charges from past 2 months, in fact due to their collection peoples harassment I had paid the intrest (EMI) twice every month from past 3 months, once before the due date (As they are called and demanded to pay online stating that my ECS mandate is not registered) and second immediately next day after the due date stating that your ECS has been bounced from my bank. Now I am fed up with the customer service peoples, also I have a series of email communication with their so called 'Customer Experience Head' email ID and 'wecare' as well. Now I had also realise if now I with to foreclose this relationship I have to pay around 60, 000/- as a pre-closure fees to Bajaj as a ransom to avoid any bad reporting at CIBIL. If anyone any any legal solution please let me know to proceed the legal remedy on this matter.
I wish to get all these charges to be reversed & relive me from this esteem company without any pre closure charges. As I not fit to deal with this India's top most NBFC. As I feel if the ECS is not getting registered properly even did 3 times, its not my mistake. They are not able to do it at their end. Was this information helpful? |
