Bajaj Finserv — Ecs not updated card not working

I sandeep singh mobile [protected] i have baja card but i unable to use that because ecs not updated by bajaj i submitted detal 2 to 3 time in baja branch near vekra milk plaint sarba nagar Ludhiana with cancel check but they not updated my detail plz look into this matter updated my detail because i want to use my card other side is customer herasment aslo .branch ask for one month time for updation that is to much last cancel check i submitted in month of oct 2016 plz do need full
