I have paid rs. 4777/- through online on experia. Customer id 22238119 Customer name: bhagyalakshmi ramesh g Transaction reference number: ninb[protected] Date 19/05/2018 Time: 12:49:28pm Payment status: success. Twice i received a call from customer support stating that they have received the above-mentioned payment and the elite card will reach me within 10 days. But its already 16 days over. Product having manufacturer issue and it is not cooling as per actual capacity. As per norms we have to process loan at shop and product can't be check at shop. From first day I m facing issue. Please cancel my loan .
