[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — elite emi card fraud

My Bajaj Finserv consumer id is 8112818. I am a genuine and an existing customer of bajaj finserv for past 7 years and hold a gold emi card ending with 1679. I received an email regarding bajaj elite card. As per the instructions i have paid Rs.4777 on 24th Aug 17(txn id 619083). In return I received transaction successful message. Since then I have neither received any call nor any message nor any email regarding the status of elite EMI card. I have been continuously trying to contact Bajaj Finserv digital lounge customer care to no avail. On connecting no one answers the call even after waiting for more than an hour. The company has not resolved my complaint even after mailing to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 11 Oct 17 (SRN[protected]. The service of the customer care is putrid and not present at all. I'm dissatisfied, frustrated, angry and taken aback by the quality of service of by Bajaj Finserv.
This is my humble request to you to either refund the amount or to issue the card at the earliest. Please ensure that you are taking right decision as soon as possible.

It's been a week since I last received a call from Bajaj Finserv executive telling me that my refund is being processed and my account will be credited in a week. Yet, after a week, I still have not got the refund. I guess there's no other option left other than the COURT. See you there BAJAJ FINSERV!

I'm yet to receive the refund even after commitment by Bajaj Finserv executive of processing the same within a week on 7 Nov. They are just fooling and looting people. Everyone be careful of this fraud by Bajaj. I have lost all the respect I once had for the company. Worst customer service ever.

I have received 3 calls in past 2 days and everytime I had to explain that I want to cancel this card and want a refund. Still, my request for cancellation has nit been processed, as am given the same answer let me check and come back. I don't know how many days it takes to process a simple cancellation and refund for such a reputed company as Bajaj Finserv. Will anyone who can really do something about this contact me?
