First i got acknowledgment that amount has been received and on 2nd mail i got reply insufficient funds.
Different replies for same query.
Its been more than 6 years since i am your customer not even once emi got bounced back.
You can check my records and now just for 1 last emi bounce issue came.
I got reply from your cce Aditi that this ecs charge which my bank charged but how come in last 6 years it didn’t happen and all of a sudden i am gettIng this reply.
Your app is showing i have paid all 9 emi.
Still asking for extra bounce charge.
What kind of policy is this, after using card for so many years i am facing this challenge now.
I got end number of calls in these 2 days recovery calls and messages to pay emi as if i am the defaulter one. I purchased more than lacs of products and for your rs3300 you guys made my day hell because o[censored]nlimited number of calls.
