Bajaj Finserv — EMI card fee not refunded.

Amount deducted on 28 April, 2022, I raised the issue then they told me to send bank details and the money will be refunded within 48 hours. I do as they said. Then they asked me for cancelled cheque. I sent the same through email also. After that they asked me for bank statement. I sent my bank statement. It's 18 days now, they stopped replying. How irritating it is to get back my own money. [protected]@gmail.com m-[protected]

Initially a payment unsuccessful msg was received but my bank account was debited. So I claimed a refund.
