Bajaj Finserv — emi card inactive fees deduction

I was tricked into buying this emi card saying that it was free for lifetime. I have used this and also completed all the emis. And now all of a sudden, without any prior notification, i was charged rs.117 (Rs.99 + gst), which was directly debited from my bank account, as an "inactive fee" for not using the card, which was never mentioned while getting the card.

I am very disappointed with their unethical practices and would like to discontinue with the service. Kindly refund the amount of rs.117 to my bank account immediately.
