[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — EMI Card related | |||||
Bajaj finserv named me as privileged costumer by paying EMI in ontime. But this stupid people getting a sign for EC process for bank and they are not processing correctly and there is no intimation for not processed EC for EMI. I am always handling a amount in my personal bank and i have signed for EC, they have missed the EC for last month for the amount of 450rs and they didnt inform to me that they blocking or EC has not processed. after discussion with customer care i have paid that amount through online on the day itself but still now they didnt unblock my card its nearly happen for a month to unblock the card.
