[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — emi card surrender | |
My emi card no is [protected] valid from 9/13 till 9/23. Since i am not using the card & incurring inactive fee, i would like to surrender the same immediately. (Experia id[protected]. A necessity emerged 3 years back to buy a consumer durable & the shop organised this card to avail installment payment. Presently there is no requirement. But to my utter dismay, an inactive fee of 117.00 was debited to my account. Request to cancel the card with immediate effect. Otherwise, the the matter will be referred to consumer forum. S.
