Bajaj Finserv — Emi card unethical behaviour | |||||
Hi, I had bought two products (Iphone 5C and Fridge) in 2014 hence I got emi card from bajaj finserv so that i can buy a new product without any hassle. When i had gone to buy Iphone6s da before yesterday. I was surprised to know that my EMI card is blocked since I have not done any trxn in past two years. 1) I failed to understand when card has expiry date mentioned on it then why does it need to block even if i dont transcat or buy anything in 2yrs 2) I immediately hv sent a mail to unblock the card from registered email id and got reply that it will be unblocked within 2 working days but nothing has happened as such 3) i made 4 calls in customer care and told them the problem. each agent has promised to unblock card within same day. you can hear call recordings 4) when i said i will throw the card in frustration, i got a reply from agent saying "THATS YOUR CONCERN" "WE CANNOT UNBLCOK IT NOW' 'ALL SENIORS ARE GONE HOME' . I had spoken to mahesh in call centre.. He needs to be given soft skill training to deal with irate investors
