[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — emi card wrong promise | |||||
I had applied online for physical bajaj emi card on bajajfinserv.in dated 29/04/2018. Thinking i'll get card within 2 weeks. (As per there site) But after 2 weeks i didn't get card, when asked they sent mail telling it takes 45 days to process. My question why they written in site "apply online will be sent card in 2 weeks". Pfa of there site screenshot & there email reply. My payment transaction no.
