[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — emi debited to my bank account but not updated in bajaj finserv services and receiving frequent calls and sms | |||||
Loan account no.5080cd42826542, emi amount debited to my bank a/c on 04.09.2017, but still i am getting calls and sms s stating that your emi was not paid. (Really it is threatening of course) i tried to contact the right person but in vain. Nobody is bothered about it. They does not have call centre facility to speak directly to the customer care executives. So, i request your goodself to take necessary action in this regard and do the needful.
