Bajaj Finserv — EMI deducted twice in the same month for same loan account

My name is Saurabh Jayan Menon, Loan account number LAN P403DHP1360974. The amount of INR 4861 was first deducted on 02/09/2021 and second on 06/09/2021 for INR 4861. Due to the second deduction my home loan EMI was missed due to which my penalties there is almost INR 3500. My account is currently in negative due to this transaction. I have tried calling them multiple times but no one is giving a proper response. I have attached the transactions as shown in my bank statement. I would like a full refund of the second emi that was deducted for this amount asap!!...

Updated by menonsaurabh Still waiting for an update... Not received any information/call/message from the Bajaj team on this. I tried calling them but they are just sending me scripted messages.. Please assist and advise how to proceed.
