Bajaj Finserv — emi digital card is yet not generated

I have taken a loan on 21st december from bajaj finserv and i have already given them the card fees and addon card fees and on that they made my emi card which was supposed to get activated after the 2nd emi that is after the march emi but now it's about 2 months and 20 days but the card is still not active and shopkeeper told me that it took about 2 months to get activated but in app its still showing 'in process" and yesterday i recieved a message from bajaj that greeting you emi card is active but still card is not active and i don't know what is the problem and they are not replying my mails also so kindly help me in this matter please.
