I have purchased l. G washing machine and emi card at heena vision sachin through my debit card on 01/03/2017, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end. Secondly, trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this. I am giving the details above. Also attaching a screen shot showing the amount that has been debited. Hopefully you will respond at least.
