[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — escalation home loan -insurance complaint | |||
We took a home loan of 41 lacks from Bajaj Finserv.while waiting for the final possesion amount, we called call centre and asked the same and got to know that for the last Rs. 2lacks agent has given a insurance without our knowledge. When we message the agent he said surrender the insurance and get the remaining amount but as said by call centre we will only get 1.14k.why we should bear the loss? We have closed the personal loan and adjusted the home loan. Now we don't have any amount left for the possesion amount. PLEASE HELP. Was this information helpful? | |||
