[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — Excess amount deduction

I bought a led on durable finance from bajaj finserv last year . my last emi deduction date was 5 oct 2015. but i paid amount through foreclose procedure. i got noc noc on that date. but my amount again got deducted on 7 th oct. i call to bajaj finserv they maid a request on 9 th oct. they said we processed it you will get money on in your account through neft within 4-5 working days.id did not receive any amount. then i mark a mail. they asked about bank transaction i did same, i send bank statement.then again i got auto generated mail we are processing but i did not receive my amount.then i called to customer care they said check was mailled to your home address. but i did not receive any amount. i did not get any call from bajaj for confirmation.
