[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — extended warranty claim not settled even after 47 days | |||
I have registered claim oc[protected]-00002098 on july 1st for my lg 42" led tv. Local technician surveyed it on 5th july.. 2 days after committed visit. As per surveyor panel was faulty & same is communicated to bajaj team. Panel is not yet replaced even after 47 days after registering complaint. Meanwhile i have followed up with bajaj customer care & local technician for progressive updates on my claim status which i was not receiving from bajaj. Since entire panel to be ordered from lg they requested 1 month time where no effort was put in by bajaj or concerned team to expedite it. Still bajaj team doesn't have any date of resolution of my problem. Such third class services is being delivered by bajaj finserv under extended warranty where customer satisfaction is completely ignored. Was this information helpful? | |||
