Bajaj Finserv — failed mandate txn bajaj finance

My card no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx6759.

My latest loan account number 404ecf96779143.

I have paid all emis correctly, last emi date was on[protected].

But on 21st jul 2019, i have been charged rs 295 twice as a failed mandate txn, in spite of no failed transactions. Please see the below image for your reference.

I had the amount in the bank already and there is no way for the failed transaction because of lack of fund
