Bajaj Finserv — Fake EMI Card

I got several calls from the company to pay the amount ₹540 to activate the card for a week from the day I checked my online EMI card eligibility. They said that I will able to use the card for all the online and offline transaction, but after I paid the amount they gave me a EMI Card, which is not working for either online or offline transaction. I tried to call the customer service several times they aren't connecting to any representation.
