[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — fraud from bajaj finserv lending home loan with top up

I am completely fedup with services of bajaj finserv. They are cheater and fraud company. I have applied for home loan with top up in bajaj finserv. They debited
Loan amount of rs.1028368 and rs.284360 (Account 401sho42311520 / 401sho[protected] to me on 19th jun 2017 but physically received both cheque of rs.1028368 and rs.284360 on 18 july 2017.
There is an almost one month broken period. There was their internal problem that is why this delay happened. I am not responsible for this delay.

Same thing happened with top up loan, as per account statement, amount is debited to me on 18 aug 2017 but amount credited to my bank account of rs.1019583 on 17 oct 2017 (Account 401sho[protected]. There is an almost two months broken period.

I wrote many email to prashant singh (Area sales manager), [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in,
[protected]@bajajfinserv.in but they did not reply. Every time i got mail from [protected]@bajajfinserv.in mentioning that "we are unable to process
The broken period interest refund against your home loans however loan has been processed the per the signed documents and you have signed the interest
Bearing certificate".

They are cheater as i am not aware when they got signed on interest bearing certificate"from me. They never told me about this form.

It almost 4 months passed, i did not get any resolution of this. This is my hard earned money and i cannot accept deduction of extra amount at any cost.

I am using many products of bajaj like home loan, personal loan, general insurance etc. But now i lost believe from bajaj company and its products. From now

I will never use any product of bajaj in future and never suggest to others to take bajaj’s product. As soon as possible, i will try to exit from all products of bajaj. Also will post a blog regarding this cheating.

I request to all, please do not take any product from bajaj company. Still if you need to take loan, please read all documents twice before sign and never sign on"interest bearing certificate" as bajaj finserv are cheater and fraud and not have any moral values.

Hi, I'm not aware of any such document nor did I sign, to the best of my belief, the above mentioned document.

I was asked to sign on blank form. Bajaj-finserv has filled it later according to their convenience. This is totally fraud. According to the form, document List (OTC DM) was pending on 15-Jun-2017, however I was not at all informed by Bajaj person, about what the OTC-DM document is. Home Loan BT and home-loan-top-up were disbursed with 1 and 2 month delays respectively due to Bajaj internal issue like- builder not listed in Bajaj etc. as per Mr. Dipendra Kumar(Bajaj employee).

It was very surprising that 1st EMI was deducted on 2nd Oct itself( while, loan disbursed was on 17-Oct). It was very ridiculous how EMI can be deducted before disbursement of top-Up-loan.

I wrote email to Mr. Prashant Singh (Area Sales Manager, Ph#[protected], Dipendra Kumar[protected] and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in regarding this nonsense and requested to stop processing of top-up-loan. So they responded positively at that time that this deduction is by mistake and will be refunded later on, which did never happen.

I had already submitted all documents in time even then loan disbursement was delayed by 1 and 2 month delays. Therefore, I want complete refund of this broken period interest (Rs.26, 656) because I am not responsible for these delays at all.

Failing which, I’m going to sue Bajaj-finserv for this mental and financial harassment.
