Respected Sir/Madam, I have been cheated by Bajaj Finserv for offering me Flexi Loan for 8 Years. Initially they told that there will not be any Annual Maintenance charges for 8 Years but now they are showing me 0.295%. They also promised there will not be any charges for loan process but now they have charged 17400 Rs approx for this process.
Stamp Duty 100 Rs
Flexi Fee 9999 Rs
Processing Fee 6022 Rs
HDFC Group Term Insurance 1199 Rs
All this amount is deducted directly from my loan account. When I complained to Bajaj higher management. They only refunded 5000 Rs and promised to refund next in 30 days.
The main concern is Annual Maintenance charges which they are not making it zero and also if I try to foreclose loan then they are asking around 80000 Rs. Please help me to make AMC to zero as per their promise or foreclose loan without any charges. There employee make fake promises and doesn't disclose any terms and conditions and will not give you time to read that while completing procedure. I have Was this information helpful? |
